Your order can be returned if shipped out within 30 days of order placement. Please make sure the rug is still in its original condition. The refund will be processed as soon as we receive it back.
Feel free to use the carrier of your choice. We do not cover return shipping costs as initial shipping is free of charge. Please hold onto the original packaging to make the process easier on you.
